Our after-school performance workshop program offers students the opportunity to further develop their actor’s tools as they apply them to a scripted piece. While unpacking the scenes from the play, students will explore the C.R.O.W.S ( characters, relationships, objectives, when/when( setting), and struggles( conflict)) of the story and make intentional choices about how to bring the characters and situations in the play to life. With minimal props/ costume pieces, this performance workshop puts a spotlight on the creative tools of the actor.

Playmakers II: Alice in Wonderland By Rachel Teagle

When insecure, curious Alice stumbles onto a troupe of traveling players, her afternoon stroll takes a detour into the wild and whimsical world that is Wonderland. As she literally follows her heart through Lewis Carroll's timelessly mad land, she discovers the joy of nonsense and the power of her own voice.
