Visual Arts Building, Auditorium (132) Enter UCF from Centaurus Bvld. Go straight to School of Performing Arts building, go left. Follow around building to parking lot in back (Parking Lot H-2). The Visual Arts building is on the left side of the parking lot.
General Admission: $25 Recital ticket
UCF non-Music students/non-SPA faculty & staff (with valid ID): $10 Recital ticket

The UCF Music Department is proud to announce the third annual UCF Piano Day. This will be a two-day event with a guest piano recital and a masterclass designed for Central Florida's classical piano students, teachers and enthusiasts. The recital will be on Saturday Jan. 28th at 7:00PM in Visual Arts Building Auditorium, and the masterclass on Sunday Jan. 29th at 11:30AM in Rehearsal Hall.
Due to popular demand, we have once again invited Canadian pianist André Laplante to campus. If you missed his 2014 mesmerizing recital at UCF, you do not want to miss this performance and masterclass!

André Laplante
Over the last decade, Canadian pianist André Laplante has firmly established himself as one of the great romantic virtuosos. He garnered international attention after winning prizes at the Geneva and Sydney International Piano Competitions, then capturing the silver medal at the International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow. Critics have compared him with Ashkenazy, Horowitz and Rudolph Serkin, placing him in the elite circle of virtuoso pianists who do not hesitate to take risks.
