The Morgan-Wixson Theatre continues to expand our community and make the updates and repairs we need to keep thriving. Every dollar you donate goes directly toward fixing and improving our beloved theatre.
Seventy-nine years and still going strong.
When the new theatre first opened, founding member Glen Ford mounted a plaque at the corner stone that read: “It started with a Dream.”
The dream continues.

Fixin' the Morgan-Wixson - Part Deux
Our beloved Morgan-Wixson Theatre on Pico Boulevard was completed in 1966. As happens when the years pass, it is showing its age. We try and keep our repair bills to a minimum, but with recent major plumbing repairs, the need for roof repairs, rain damage to the booth, other minor needs that have popped up, and trying to recover from the pandemic, we need help.
