With my tax-deductible donation, I look forward to receiving year-long Friendship benefits including discounts on my tickets, no box office fee, the opportunity to purchase tickets before sales are open to the general public, and complimentary snacks from the Piano Bar concession. Our levels of Friendship are:
Classical - $75 * Friends' discount on two tickets to each Landmark performance.
Rock - $125 * Friends' discount on four tickets to each Landmark performance.
Blue Grass- $250 * Two complimentary tickets to a single Landmark performance (Not valid on Guest Presented shows). * Friends discount on four tickets for each Landmark performance * Same-day seating upgrades (pending availability) * Listing in the 2024-2025 playbill, Applause! for Friendships received before June 30, 2024.
Cabaret - $400 * Four complimentary tickets to a single Landmark performance (Not valid on Guest Presented shows). * Two complimentary beverage vouchers for our Piano Bar concession. * Friends' discount on four tickets for each Landmark performance. * Same-day seating upgrades (pending availability) * Listing in the 2024-2025 playbill, Applause! for Friendships received before June 30, 2024.
Jazz - $600 * Six complimentary tickets to a single Landmark performance (Not valid on Guest Presented shows). * Four complimentary beverage vouchers for our Piano Bar concession * Friends discount on four tickets for each Landmark performance * One signed poster from any show throughout the season * Same-day seating upgrades (pending availability) * Listing in the 2024-2025 playbill, Applause! for Friendships received before June 30, 2024.
Big Band - $1,250+ * Reserved parking spot for each Landmark performance * Eight complimentary tickets to a Landmark performance (Not valid on Guest Presented shows). * Six complimentary beverage vouchers for our Piano Bar concession * Friends' discount on six tickets for each Landmark performance * One signed poster from any show throughout the season * Priority same-day seating upgrades (pending availability) * Listing in the 2024-2025 playbill, Applause! for Friendships received before June 30, 2024.

We have three primary sources of income: ticket sales, fundraising, and rentals. Financial assistance from foundations and organizations that once supported the arts, and Landmark has been greatly reduced or has gone away completely. Your support is more important now than ever before.

HVAC Fund
HELP KEEP LANDMARK COOL - SUPPORT OUR HVAC FUND!
Landmark’s aging HVAC system reached the end of its life and was recently replaced. A new system was essential—not just for the comfort of our patrons, performers, and staff, but to ensure Landmark remains a vibrant venue year-round. This was a costly upgrade, and we are asking you to partner with us to cover this cost.
The benefits of our new HVAC system:
– A consistently comfortable environment improves every patron’s experience and encourages attendance
– It allows us to expand programming into the summer months – more shows=more choices, and provides us with more opportunities to rent our theater to outside organizations and productions.
– Our new HVAC system is more energy efficient. It reduces utility costs – savings that can be redirected into programming, upgrades and maintenance.
The price tag to replace our old system was in excess of $500,000! Thanks to generous New York State grants, nearly half of that has been covered. Now, we need your help to close the gap. Every gift, no matter the size, moves us closer to our goal. Please make your donation today to support this vital project.
