Curtain Call Theatre has been a South Shore community theatre mainstay for 55 years! Your generous support helps us continue our mission of keeping theatre vital south of Boston through our longstanding tradition of producing both new works and old standards.
Cathy Venti Scholarship Fund
Make a donation in memory of Cathy Venti (1930-2024), whose lifelong joy was the theater. Her love of theater was developed at Braintree High School, where she was voted best actress and co-directed the senior show of 1947. Later, with Curtain Call Theatre, she had leading roles in numerous productions, served as president, and designed many award-winning floats for the annual Quincy Christmas Parade. For her dedicated service to Curtain Call, Cathy was the recipient of an honorary lifetime membership
The money from this fund will go to a scholarship in her name, given to a graduating senior from Braintree High School who embodies Cathy’s passion for theater and the arts.
