A gift to The Coterie of any amount helps provide live professional performances for all ages, impactful theatre classes, and free in-school programming throughout our region. The Coterie has provided these experiences for more than 40 years, which means someone you know, whether it's a grandparent, parent, or child, has a Coterie memory. We ask that you give today and provide the opportunity for more area young people and families to build memories together.
Joette Pelster Visionary Fund for The Coterie Theatre
To commemorate the legacy of Joette Pelster, The Coterie's longtime Executive Director and Kansas City arts visionary, The Coterie is accepting gifts in her memory for needed updates to our performance space. Joette's inspiration helped drive The Coterie for nearly thirty years, and these funds will honor that impact for many more.

Upgrading the audience experience was always on Joette’s mind, and we want to honor her by having her name on every new Coterie chair. For a $1,000 gift, you can have your name paired with hers for years to come and provide a comfortable space for families and students. There are a limited number of seats available, but we will accommodate as many as possible.
