No additional fees on ticket reservations or purchases. Priority booking in advance of the public. 1 guest ticket per production at a 20% discount. How to access and reserve your tickets: 1) Sign into your account here: https://web.ovationtix.com/trs/account/35198 2) Select "Redeem your package/subscription for tickets to an event" 3) At the bottom of the page, select the production you would like to reserve 4) Choose your date on the calendar 5) Choose your seat(s) and select the "Flex Pass" option and add to cart. 6) Click "Check out" 7) Click "Continue" 8) Check "I agree to terms and conditions of Rec Room Arts" and click "Purchase now for $0.00" Your ticket will be reserved and you will not be charged. All ticket exchanges are subject to availability and can be made up to 24-hours prior to a performance. If a performance is missed, and we are not alerted prior to curtain time, that ticket has been marked as used and may not be rebooked. Flex Pass tickets are guaranteed through the priority booking period for the announced run of a show, and are subject to availability once tickets are made available to the general public. Priority booking does not apply to extensions. Offer may be revoked at any time.
