DONATION CAMPAIGNS
Jack Lampert Education Endowment Fund
Donations to the Jack Lampert Endowment Fund will establish a permanent fund for theatre education at Mid City Civic Theatre, supporting scholarships for young performers who might not otherwise have access to arts training.
This endowment ensures that Baton Rouge’s long tradition of theatre education continues into a new era, one where every child with an interest or talent for performance has the opportunity to learn, grow, and shine on stage, regardless of financial circumstance.
A New Day
A New Day is Mid City Civic Theatre’s inaugural fundraising campaign — a call to our community to help build a bold new model for local theatre. With your support, we can create a space where artists thrive, audiences belong, and creativity takes center stage in the heart of Baton Rouge. Together, we’ll make it a new day, a new model, and a new theatre.
Beat The Heat
Our Much Ado About Nothing cast is bringing the heat to rehearsals.
Unfortunately, so is the building.
The AC is out, and unless Shakespeare wrote a scene about heat exhaustion that we missed, we need to fix it fast.
We’re raising $2,500 to get the theater cool again before opening night.
Help us keep the performances sizzling and the actors… not.
First Act Society
The First Act Society is a community of inaugural supporters helping raise the curtain on a new era of theatre in Baton Rouge.
Through leadership gifts beginning at $1,000, members are investing in the launch of Mid City Civic Theatre and helping bring our inaugural production, Much Ado About Nothing, to life at the artistic level our community deserves.
As founding supporters, First Act Society members will play a lasting role in building the future of accessible, community-driven theatre in Baton Rouge.
