2025 Patronage
Patrons are more than just theatergoers. They are a dedicated group of supporters who recognize that ticket sales will never cover the cost of our productions and other important programs like our Cabaret Series and Summer Youth Programs. Patrons go the extra mile and help us meet whatever challenges come our way. That special commitment is also why a significant portion of each Patronship may be tax-deductible.
Become a patron of Baldwinsville Theatre Guild, Inc and help leave a legacy. By becoming a patron, you insure that BTG continues its long history of providing not only quality theater to the community but help our scholarship program continue to provide help for college bound students who have contributed to theater not only at BTG but in their school.
All Patrons will receive their name in our Season Programs and Early Access to Early Bird Ticket Pricing on all Single Sale Tickets before the General Public,
Critic - $25-$49
Stage Hand - $50-$99
Director - $100-$249
Producer - $250-$499
Executive Producer - $500+
Scholarship Fund
The Baldwinsville Theatre Guild proudly presents a monetary scholarship each year to a student or students who have shown dedication, perseverance, and steadfast contributions to the theater arts in Central New York and The Baldwinsville Theatre Guild.
Money is raised through contributions by our patrons and through Raffle Ticket Sales held during our productions.
Spotlight Experience Fund
Baldwinsville Theatre Guild is constantly looking for ways to enhance the cast, crew, and audience experience. Ticket sales alone do not cover the routine costs of theater upkeep.
Right now, BTG has an immediate need to upgrade the communication system used for our tech crews to talk with each other during performances.

End of Fiscal Year Donations
We have just 4 days left in the BTG fiscal year. As we reflect on this past year it is clear that we could not do all that we do without the support of our patrons and donors.
We are about $4,000 of making our financial goals for the year in donations, patronage, and the scholarship fund. Help us meet those goals so that 2024-2025 ends strong.
We are grateful to all those that have and continue to donate to our various programs throughout the year.
We currently have nearly 4,000 people on our social media pages. Just think, if every person just donated $1 we would meet our goals.
