ARTS PARTNERSHIPS

A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE…

Please note: The amount you enter under "Choose Your Donation Amount" will be charged once OR monthly/quarterly/yearly until the end date you select depending on what you choose under "Choose Your Donation Frequency."

AACA relies on tax-deductible contributions to maintain operations and support programming.

Patrons may make a contribution at one these ARTS PARTNERSHIP levels:
BENEFACTOR: $2,500 and up
SUSTAINER: $1,000 - $2,499
PILLAR: $750 - $999
BUILDER: $500 - $749
FRIEND: $250 - $499
PATRON: $100 - $249
PATRON*: $50 - $99

Annual contributions can be made using one of three donation frequencies: make a one-time lump sum payment or sign up for monthly or quarterly recurring installments. If you would like your one-time lump sum payment to renew annually each year, select "yearly."

How to “Choose Your Donation Amount”
If you are making your annual payment as a lump sum: 
Choose the amount corresponding to your desired level or click “Other” to enter a different denomination. For example, if you would like to contribute $600, click “Other”, and type "600" in the field.

If you would like to pay in installments:
1. Calculate the amount for each installment – divide your total donation by twelve for monthly payments, or by four for quarterly installments.
2. Use the installment amount as your “donation amount.” For example, if you would like to contribute $600 annually, but in four quarterly installments, click “Other” and then type "150" in the field, OR if you’d like to contribute $600 annually in twelve monthly installments, click “Other” and then type "50" in the field.

How to “Choose Your Donation Frequency”:
Select “One-Time” to complete your annual donation contribution payment in one lump sum payment.

Choose monthly (or quarterly) to set up twelve (or four) recurring payments, respectively.

If you select “yearly,” your donation payment will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of the initial contribution date to keep your support of AACA current.

How to complete “Donor Recognition”:
This field will tell us how to acknowledge your donation. If you would like your partner’s name listed with yours, for example, please type both names in the field (e.g., Ellen & Art Kimball).

If you are making a contribution under the name of a friend or loved one as a gift, type their name in the field (e.g., Natalie Leonesio). Please note: this is different from making a donation in honor or memory of someone - if you want to be recognized for your contribution, type your name here.

How to use “Donation Notes”:
If your contribution IN HONOR or IN MEMORY of a loved one, you will be listed as an Arts Partner AND we will notify the honoree (or memorial contact) of your donation. Please use this field to provide the following information:
1. Tell us if your Arts Partnership is IN HONOR or IN MEMORY.
2. Type the name of the honoree(s) as it should be listed in public recognition.
3. Include the name & address of the person(s) we should notify of your memorial/honorarium. If you do not have their contact information, please notate that in this space.

AACA General Donation


AACA relies on tax-deductible donations to maintain operations and support programming. 

Please enter the specific purpose for which you are making this donation in the "Donation Notes" field. If you do not have a specific purpose in mind, please notate that, as well.

If your donation is in memory or honor of a loved one, please let us know whom you are honoring and a mailing address for that person in the "Donation Notes" field. 

If you plan to donate $50 or more and do not wish for the funds to be for a specific purpose, please consider our Arts Partnership options, which begin at annual contributions of $50.

We welcome donations of all amounts and any time and thank you for supporting our mission. 


2020 Capital Campaign
Will you invest in the lasting legacy of The Arts Center? Dontions of any amount are needed and welcomed - everything helps realize this dream!

Contributions can be made as one-time payments in cash, credit, or stock transfer and you may make arrangements to be in installments over a period of up to 5 years. While you may make one-time donations online and also setup recurring payments, you may find it easier to set up installments for a pledge by talking with a staff person.

We encourage you to call 423-745-8781 or visit us at The Arts Center so that a staff member may assist you with your pledge.

If you'd like to setup recurring payments online, please take note of the following:
- you must use a credit card
- you will enter the amount of each installment (not total pledge) and the frequency with which you'd like your card charged. You'll also need to note an end date for your recurring payments. For example, if you'd like to donate $1,000 over 5 years you should enter "$200" as the amount, select "yearly" for the donation frequency and then note a date 5 years from your first installment as the "donating end date."
