Shakespeare & Company Annual Fund
Whether through Shakespeare & Company’s world-class productions, life-changing education programs, or inspiring training opportunities, our donors are enriching people’s lives through the power of live theatre.
Dennis Krausnick Fellowship Fund
The Dennis Krausnick Fellowship Fund was established in 2018 to provide scholarships for artists of color to train at Shakespeare & Company's Center for Actor Training, as well as provide resources for artists of color to become teachers of our work. The Dennis Krausnick Fellowship Fund also supports periodic retreats, bringing teachers and trainees together to brainstorm about the direction of the work, to strengthen the training program, and determine how to collaborate and celebrate more deeply.
Philip Heller Distinguished Service Award Fund
Established in 2019, The Philip Heller Distinguished Service Award Fund was created by Anita Heller in memory of her husband Philip Heller, who served as pro bono legal counsel to Shakespeare & Company from its inception in 1978 until Mr. Heller’s death in 2018. Recognizing Mr. Heller’s commitment to community service and tireless support of the Shakespeare & Company property, the Philip Heller Distinguished Service Award Fund will be awarded annually to a member of the community for his or her extraordinary service to Shakespeare & Company. Income from the Fund will be used to make improvements to Shakespeare & Company’s campus.
