DONATION CAMPAIGNS
Subsidized Tickets Fund

Donate today to subsidize the cost of a ticket for someone else!

ASP seeks to dismantle organizational systems, processes, structures, and cultures that discourage any person from engaging with us. As part of this commitment, we reserve 10% of each house as Pay-What-You-Will tickets, offer student matinees at which tickets cost a maximum of $20 per person, and provide an allotment of significantly discounted tickets for sale for each production. If you are able to help subsidize the cost of a ticket for someone who otherwise would not be able to experience the work we put on stage, we would be grateful to you.
2024/25 Holiday Challenge
This year, the Holiday Challenge will be in support of ASP’s new Community Access Initiative. As we actively challenge how we produce our work on stage and in the classroom, the Community Access Initiative serves to simultaneously challenge the makeup of our audiences and program participants to ensure that underrepresented people and stories have equitable presence not only on the stage but also in our seats. Every dollar raised between November 15 and January 15 will be generously matched by The Parker Family Foundation and an anonymous friend of ASP for twice the impact and will serve our initiative activities:

- 20 seats for $20 at every performance
- Pay-What-You-Will performances starting at $10
- Full and partial scholarships and stipended positions for all youth and adult programs
- Deepened access to in-school programs for schools that can’t afford workshops or residencies
- $0-$25 tickets to student matinees and transportation assistance when necessary
- Paid internship positions on all productions and a year-round co-op position
- Fair compensation and reasonable expectations for all who work for ASP

Your gift today ensures that ASP can continue to open the doors wide to our merry feast. Thank you for your generosity and support of equitable arts practices in Boston and beyond.
