allows ASP’s productions and programming to stay accessible to all Boston area residents. The initiative ensures ASP can achieve its vision of: 
 1) A more unified Greater Boston that can embrace differences
 2) An inclusive community where theatre artists of all ages and identities are empowered to express themselves
 3) A theatre landscape that offers audiences exposure to a wide range of powerful writing in intimate, accessible settings
 4) A more sustainable, diverse, and inclusive space for our community, with clear pathways for theatre artists to advance their careers.
INITIATIVE ACTIVITIES:
Professional Productions: 
1) 20 seats for $20 at every performance
2) Entirely Pay-What-You-Can or complimentary houses for select performances (ex: Piano Lesson Black-Out performance)
3) $20 - $25 student tickets to student matinees, and transportation assistance where necessary
4) Fair compensation and reasonable expectations for all who work at ASP
Education Programs: 
1) Limited Full and partial scholarships available for all youth and adult programs
2) Stipended positions available for Summer Youth Intensive
3) Access to in-school programs for select long term school partners
4) Access to one-session workshops for all schools attending A Midsummer Night’s Dream
