Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts
It’s been an exciting year here at Patchogue Theatre with more kinds of programming than ever before! Every weekend our theatre is buzzing with excitement and we are on our way to becoming one of the top performing arts centers on Long Island, BUT your help is needed. We are a not-for-profit company and our survival depends on your support.

Our mission is to be an organization that enriches, educates, and entertains a diverse audience by cultivating and showcasing a broad variety of performing artists. Patchogue Theatre serves as an innovative cultural resource for its community and the Long Island region by collaborating with neighboring organizations and fostering educational opportunities.

Your generous donation is important and appreciated because it gives Patchogue Theatre the resources for exciting performances and continues the expansion of offerings. Thank you for helping us on our journey; we could not do it without you!

Dear Patron & Supporter,
As we move forward, live entertainment, and the way in which you will attend live performances, will be altered.
As Long Island businesses begin to open their doors, and our restaurants and bars are welcoming guests back in, larger Arts & Entertainment venues like the Theatre are still uncertain as to how we will be able to resume “normal” operations.
The health and safety of our patrons, staff, and community is, first and foremost, the priority. We are working diligently to ensure that we create an environment that is safe and within the government mandated recommendations.
We are also devising ways in which we will be able to utilize our unique spaces within the theater, such as our loading dock and lobby, so there’s different places, in the building, where we can host artists.
Patchogue Theatre has always been a beacon on Main Street, evolving from what was formerly known as the Ward & Glynne’s Theater, instituted in 1923. Since then, the theatre has been a catalyst for growth in the Village of Patchogue. In December 1998, the theatre you now know and love, became the Patchogue Theatre.
Throughout the years, Patchogue Theatre has played the lead role in the revitalization of Patchogue. Though, like so many other performing arts spaces around the world, we are now facing economic uncertainty. In an effort for us to continue our mission, we are asking you, our dedicated guests, supporters of live entertainment and the arts, to support us on our journey with a tax-deductible donation. With our curtain closed and our lights dim, your donation will help sustain us so that we may welcome our community back when the time is right.
If you are in a position to give, please consider donating to our 2020 relief fund.
Thank you.
