DONATION CAMPAIGNS
Annual Appeal
By contributing to Patchogue Theatre, you acknowledge the crucial role that local non-profits and arts organizations play in enriching our community.

As a non-profit organization, we depend significantly on donations to cover the costs of maintaining our theatre and its programming, as ticket sales alone are not enough. Your contribution is more crucial than ever, enabling us to fulfill our mission of providing engaging, educational, and entertaining experiences for audiences of all ages.

For over 25 years, Patchogue Theatre has been a key player in the rejuvenation of our town, drawing tens of thousands of visitors each year. These visitors support local businesses, enjoy meals at nearby restaurants, and shop within our community—creating a tangible impact on the local economy and fostering growth.

Your support not only allows us to host a diverse array of performances by talented artists, but it also ensures that the arts remain accessible to all. Additionally, please keep in mind that your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Once again, thank you for helping to ensure Patchogue Theatre continues to flourish and bring the arts to life in our community. We look forward to welcoming you back to the theatre soon!

Additionally, please note that your donation to our organization may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Act Out Theatre

The Act Out program at Patchogue Theatre is a dynamic and enriching theatrical experience designed for students in grades 7–12 and ages 12+. This program offers young performers the unique opportunity to receive professional-level instruction in acting, culminating in a live stage performance in a historic theater setting. Whether students are new to the stage or experienced performers, Act Out provides a welcoming, supportive environment to learn and grow.

More than just learning lines or hitting marks, Act Out emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and personal expression.

Students explore a wide range of theatrical skills—from character development and scene work to voice, movement, and improvisation—while also learning the importance of discipline, teamwork, and dedication.
The benefits of a theater program like Act Out extend far beyond the stage.

Acting teaches empathy by encouraging students to step into someone else's shoes. It builds confidence as students perform in front of peers and audiences, learning to trust themselves and take creative risks.
Most importantly, it offers a safe and empowering space for self-expression, allowing kids to discover and share their unique voices.

Patchogue Theatre’s Act Out program is more than a class—it's a transformative experience that helps shape confident, expressive, and resilient young people through the power of live theater.
