This appeal comes at an important time. Arts organizations throughout Florida are facing significant funding challenges, and public support for the arts continues to be uncertain. While many generous donors have already stepped forward to support Theatre Jacksonville, the strength of this theatre has never rested solely on a few major gifts. It has always depended on a
community of people who care enough to show up, lend a hand, buy a ticket, build a set, learn a line, hang a light, sew a costume, or make a contribution."
