2026 Summer Education Campaign

Every summer, something remarkable happens at Rubicon.

This summer, Rubicon welcomes students ages 5 to 21 into four distinct programs. Our youngest artists from the Stinky Feet Theatre Project dive into Finding Nemo KIDS; a record number of middle schoolers in the Intermediate Musical Theatre Camp take on James and the Giant Peach Jr; our Advanced Musical Theatre students perform Godspell; and our Fearless Shakespeare Intensive group tells The Winter’s Tale. Each program is designed to meet young artists where they are, help them dream big, and discover where they can go.

Our first program begins June 8. If your gift reaches us by May 10, we can confirm scholarships in time for families to plan their summer.

Thank you for helping more young people find their voice, their confidence, and their place onstage and beyond. Thank you for being part of what makes the Rubicon Summer Youth Program special.

Round Up For Rubicon
As a not-for-profit theatre, ticket purchases cover less than half of our operating costs. Please round up your total and partner with us to produce the shows, special events, and education programs that enrich our community! Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Recurring Contributions
Make your gift monthly!

Or perhaps you prefer to give quarterly. The choice is yours! Whatever the timeline of your gift, a recurring donation is the easiest way to support Rubicon's presence in, and service to, Ventura County for generations to come.

Your credit card information is stored by a secure third party and is not accessible to other entities.

Thank you again!

Donate a Hot Meal for the Artists of Somebody to Love

One of Rubicon Theatre’s longest-standing traditions happens behind the scenes during tech week, that intense final rehearsals leading up to opening night.

During these long days, our actors, musicians, designers, stage managers, crew, and staff often spend 10–12 hours straight in the theatre per day working tirelessly to bring a production to life.

To keep everyone energized and cared for, we provide a shared hot meal during dinner break on the Saturday of tech rehearsals.

Sponsor a Catered Dinner
Make a financial contribution so we can order dinner from a local restaurant.

If you'd like to cook a meal, please reach out to company manager Holly Lapp at hlapp@rubicontheatre.org
